Eva Penson, a native of Krakow, Poland, joined Halstead Property in November 2007.

A resident of the East Side for many years, Eva became a broker and is providing personalized service. Her high energy and meticulous attention to detail make her a special broker.

Eva has a master’s degree in International Business and Trade from Florida International University. She is a tenacious worker who is dedicated to her career and her clients. Professionalism and a good sense of humor put her clients as ease and eventually they build a lasting relationship.

Before joining Halstead, Eva worked for a small commercial real estate company where she was responsible for sales, dealing with principals and coordinating management.Through all these experiences, she gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about all aspects of commercial and residential real estate as well as experience with dealing with different personalities. Fluent in several languages, and familiar with different cultures and customs, she is especially welcomed by European and Asian buyers as well as domestic residents. Her hobbies include golf, skiing, tennis and African art.
