Eva Penson

Eva Penson, a native of Krakow, Poland, joined Halstead Property several years ago.

A resident of the East Side for many years, Eva became a broker and is providing personalized service. Her high energy and meticulous attention to detail make her a special broker. Eva’s clients include native New Yorkers; those are relocating to Manhattan, as well as a large group of foreign buyers looking for a second home or simply an investment.

Eva has a master's degree in International Business and Trade from University of Miami. She is a tenacious worker who is dedicated to her career and her clients. Professionalism and a good sense of humor put her clients as ease and eventually they build a lasting relationship. Eva is renowned within the industry for her innovative marketing and negotiating skills. Those two abilities allow her buyers and seller to enjoy the best deals in the shortest amount of time.

Before joining Halstead, Eva worked for a small commercial real estate company where she was responsible for sales, dealing with principals and coordinating management. Through all these experiences, she gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about all aspects of commercial and residential real estate as well as experience with dealing with different personalities. Fluent in several languages, and familiar with different cultures and customs, she is especially welcomed by European and Asian buyers as well as domestic residents.
